Welcome to Pan Jewelers, a family-owned fine jewelry store located in downtown Paso Robles, California. Paso Robles is in the heart of fine wine country just inland from the coast, and north of San Luis Obispo on Highway 101.

Pan Jewelers is a family-owned and operated jewelry store that was established by Pat And Nick (PAN) Sherwin in 1973. In the late 1950’s as rock hounds, we learned about gems, minerals, and rocks through hands-on education. We have dug for opal, amethyst, garnet, sapphire, aquamarine, and several other natural gems. We know first-hand the insides of both a diamond and platinum mine. Mother Nature has given us the jewels to make memories.

Laser Technology

Today, most of our repair work is done using the latest laser technology. The Laser Welder gives us the ability to weld fine jewelry to the daintiest of items.

Master IJO Jewelers

As a fifteen-year member of Master IJO Jewelers (Independent Jewelers Organization), we have the opportunity to travel to Antwerp, Belgium to buy diamonds directly from the cutters and sight-holders.

As a member of the Independent Jewelers Organization, we have the opportunity to travel to Antwerp, the diamond capital of the world located in Belgium. We travel each year to buy diamonds directly from the DeBeers’ sight-holders. When in Antwerp, we are not only buying diamonds for the store, we are also buying for a customers that would like us to hand-pick the best diamonds we can find for them.
